Recipes By Chef May (Iron Chef Thailand) Wagyu Beef Or Kurobuta Pork Shabu with Thai Herbals Broth


Ingredients
  • Chicken Stock 3 cup
  • Crushed Shallot 1/2 cup
  • Crushed Bird eye chili 10 pieces
  • Diced Sweet Potato 200 g
  • Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Holy Basil 15 g
  • Sweet basil 15 g
  • Wagyu Beef Or Kurobuta Pork Sliced 200 g
  • Fresh Vegetable as need
How To
1.Bring Chicken stock to the boil then add sweet potato, bring to the boil again season with soy sauce.

2.Add Shallot, sweet basil, Holy basil and chili then turn off the heat.

3.Serve in Mongolian Hot Pot, add Wagyu or Kurobuta and Vegetable as need.
