Ingredients
  • Pork Neck Steak 600 g
  • Pounded cilantro root, garlic and white pepper corn 50 g
  • Cilantro seeds 5 g
  • Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • Steamed Sticky rice 300 g
  • Egg 1 roll
  • Salt and Pepper for seasoning
  • Fresh herbs for side dish
  • Spicy tamarind sauce for Dipping
How To
1.Marinade pork neck steak with pounded cilantro root, garlic and peppercorn. Add cilantro seeds, season with oyster sauce, add vegetable oil, toss well. Marinade the steak at least 30 minutes. Then grill steak on the Zebra brand grilling pan with Infrared Electric Stove.

2.Beat an egg the season with salt and pepper. Shape the sticky rice to the bite size coated with egg mixture then grill on the Zebra brand grilling pan with Infrared Electric Stove.

3.Serve with Fresh herbs and Spicy tamarind sauce.
