Recipes By Chef May (Iron Chef Thailand) Steam Sea bass with Fresh Milk and Spicy Cilantro Sauce


Ingredients
  • Sea bass fillet 200 g
  • Fresh Milk 1 cup
  • Curry powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chili Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Sliced Leek 50 g

Cilantro Sauce
  • Cilantro 50 g
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Bird eye Chili 5 pieces
  • Palm Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lime Juice 1 1/2 tbsp
How To
1.Marinade sea bass fillet with salt and pepper. Mixed together fresh milk, curry powder and chili oil then set aside.

2.Arrange sliced leek onto the plate then sea bass fillet, pour over the milk mixture. Covered the plate with plastic wrap. Steam in Steaming Set Chef about 15 minutes.

3.For the sauce, blend together all sauce ingredients, season as desire.
