Recipes By Chef May (Iron Chef Thailand) Clams with Basil White Wine Sauce


Ingredients
  • Clam 1 kg
  • Chopped Shallot 100 g
  • Chopped Garlic 30 g
  • Butter 30 g
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • White Wine 1/2 cup
  • Sliced Red Chili 50 g
  • Sweet Basil 80 g
  • Salt & Pepper for Seasoning
How To
1.Heat the Estio 502 pan, add butter and oil then add shallot and garlic, cook until fragrant.

2.Add clams then white wine, half reduced the wine season with salt and pepper. Add chili and basil, stir well, cover the pan continue cooking with high heat about 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
