Recipes Dessert Fries white sesame cookies


Ingredients
• Icing sugar 110 g
• Oil 1 tablespoon + for fry
• Water 3 tablespoon
• Egg 1
• Cake flour 300 g
• Baking powder 1 teaspoon
• Salt 1 teaspoon
• White sesame ½ cup
How To
1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt
2. Mix water and oil then set aside
3. Beat the egg until it rise up, then slowly put in icing sugar
4. Putin flour mixture then water mixture accordingly start with the four and end with a flour mixture
5. Balled the mixture weight about 20g per ball (approximately 22-23) then role it in white sesame, press a bit so the sesame can stick
6. Using 140 degree Celsius temperature oil, fry it for 7-8 minutes. The cookie will break, look alike the smiling face and have a nice color. Rest for 5 minute before serve
