Custard Cream
Ingredients A 200 gram
Taro stream cooked 1 cup
Water 350 ml.
Condense Cream 200 ml.
Milk 2 tablespoon
Condense Milk ½ teaspoon
Violte food Coloring ½ teaspoon
Taro Essence

Ingredients B
4 tablespoon Custard Power
2 tablespoon Corn flour
150 gram Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
30 gram Butter

1. Place ingredients A in blender, blended on hight speed until mixed well and smooth texture
2. Place ingredients B all together ,use whisk stir until combine.
3. Pour ingredients A in double boiler over medium heat,follow with ingtedients B, stir by whisk until the mixture begin hot and smoker, reduce to medium-low head , continue stir until the mixture thickens ,add butter to the mixture stir just combine ,remove from the head
