Recipes International Food (Spinach & Soba Salad)


Ingredients
  • Spinach 400 g
  • Soba noodle 100 g
  • Japanese soy sauce 50 ml
  • Dashi 25 ml
  • Roasted white sesame 2 tablespoons
How To
1. Boil water and then add a bit of salt. Cook soba noodle in the water, rinse with cold water, and strain the noodle.

2. In the same boiling water, blanch the spinach for just one minute by lowering the stems in first.

3. Remove the spinach and immediately soak it in iced water to preserve the color and firm texture.

4. Roll the bunch of spinach and soba in a sushi matt and lightly press the water off.

5. Cut the bunch into pieces. Grind roasted white sesame and flavor with dashi and Japanese soy sauce. Serve together.
