Recipes International Food Macaroni and cheese


Ingredients
• Macaroni 300g
• Unsalted butter 55g
• All purpose flour 25g
• Milk 450ml
• Cheddar cheese 150g
• Monterey jack cheese 150g
• Salt as season
• Dried bread 30g
How To
1. Prepare tray or baked equipments, brush the butter in that equipment
2. Boil the macaroni and just before it is cook for 2 minutes, take out and soak in cold water. Let it cool and dry
3. Heat 40 gram of butter in the pan and the flour and use the whisk, whisk it until the flour is cooked. Slowly add the warm milk to the flour until milk is over. Take out from heat; grate 2 kinds of cheese stir until they are melted. Add the macaroni then season.
4. Fill the macaroni in the prepared equipment the topped with the breadcrumb
5. Melt the rest of the butter and brush on the breadcrumb once again. Bring macaroni to bake at 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes. Serve immediately after cooked.
