Ingredients
• Red cabbage 1
• Carrot ½
• Green apple 1
• Spanish shallot 1
• Apple cider vinegar 1 cup
• Salt season
• Mayonnaise 1 ½ cup
• Mustard 1 tablespoon
• Baked Walnut (chopped) 1/3 cup
• Parsley (chopped) 1 tablespoon
How To
1. Remove the core of the red cabbage, thinly slice the red cabbage
2. Thinly slice the shallot and soak in the cold water to reduce the chili flavor
3. Cut the apple into a matchstick size
4. Grate the carrot and mix it with the apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, Wasabi, and season with salt. Mix well
