  • Steamed crab meat 2 cup
  • Sugar 2 ½ tablespoon
  • Salt 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Lime juice 2 tablespoon
  • Galangal (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon
  • Lime (cut into 4) ¼ cup
  • Aurantium Orange zest (finely chopped) 1 tablespoon
  • Shallot (finely chopped) 6
  • Marinated garlic (sliced) 2
  • Ginger (sliced) 2 tablespoon
  • Lemongrass (sliced) 2 table spoon
  • Kaffir lime leaf (sliced) 2 teaspoon
  • Large chili red and yellow 3 tablespoon
  • Wild betel leaf bush or lettuce to serve with
How To
1. Combine the sugar, salt, lime juice, and chopped galangal together

2. Bring the sauce mixture and mix it with crab meat, shallots, ginger, lemongrass, marinated garlic, Kaffir lime leaves, lime piece, large chili, and Aurantium orange zest

3. Serve “Saeng Wa Poo” with the Wild betel leaf bush or lettuce
