How To
1. Remove the apple cores and cut half each apple.
2. Heat butter on a pan and toss the apples in it until they are thoroughly coated with butter. Add rum and continue tossing until fragrant.
3. Thoroughly sprinkle all of both the brown and white sugar onto the apples. Continue to toss in the pan until the melted sugar turns darker.
4. Then add cream to the pan, which will slow down the heating. Mix well everything in the pan.
5. Serve on a plate with vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle on top with some almonds.
