Recipes By Att Khunsri Prawns Stir frying with Garlic and Young Bitter-melon Shoot

  • 300 grams fresh prawn
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic, finely
  • 500 grams young bitter-melon shoots
  • 1/4 cup oil for stir-frying
For Sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons corn flour
How To
1.Heat oil a pan, fry the garlic for a minute, until fragrant, add the prawns stir-frying until cooked, set aside

2. Blanching the young bitter-melon shoots into the boiled water, place on the serving plate together with the fried prawns, set aside.

3. For sauce: Braise all the ingredients mix well, check the taste before pour the sauce over the plate of prepared prawns, serve.
