1. Mix all the cream cheese mayonnaise ingredients, season with pepper then set it aside
2. Use paper towel to clean the extra water from the shrimp
3. Mix all purpose and corn flour and set aside
4. Beat egg in a different bowl
5. Bring the shrimp coat it with the flour, egg, and then back to flour again so that the shrimp is thickly coated
6. Deep fries the shrimp with 170 degree Celsius for 1-2 minutes then let it cool a bit before mix them into a sauce mixture and the fruits
7. Serve the shrimp with iceberg lettuce
