Recipes Dessert Chocolate Fondue


Ingredients

200 gram Plain Dark Chocolate chopped
30 gram Butter
1 tablespoon White Rum
150 ml. Whipping Cream

Fresh Fruits
Strawberries , Bananas,Kiwis ,Apples
How To

1 Place dark chocolate chopped and butter in a heat proof bowl.
2 Bring the whipping cream boiling low heat, pour in to the bowl.
3 Mixed and stirring well by whisk until chocolate and butter melted and smooth,if not melted,put in microwave medium heat 1 minute ans stirring well again.
4 Transfer to the fondue ceramic pot and warm with alcohol
5 Cut fresh fruits in a bite sized pieces sue forks fondue and dip in chocolate fondue pot.
