Recipes International Food Crab Cake with Aioli


Ingredients
Crab cake
  • Bread crumb 60g
  • Cracker (pound) 30g
  • Mayonnaise 60ml
  • Egg 1
  • Spring onion (sliced) 1tablespoon
  • Mustard 1tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce 1tablespoon
  • Hot pepper sauce ½ teaspoon
  • Crab meat 500g
  • Cooking oil to fry
Aioli Sauce
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leave (chopped) 1tablespoon
  • Garlic (chopped) 1
  • Cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt as season
  • Pepper as season
How To
1. To make the Aioli sauce, mix all the ingredients and rest it aside
2. Combine the cracker, egg, mayonnaise, spring onion, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce
3. Add the crab meat, stir well. After that shaped it as round ball according to favor. Press it down a little and coat it with bread crumb, rest for 10 minutes so the bread crumb is stick to the meat
4. Heat the oil at 150c with the oil of ½ cm, fried the crab cake until it is cooked with a nice color both side
5. Serve with Aioli sauce
