250 grams all-purpose wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda powder
2 whole eggs
300 grams stocked soup
100 grams bacon, finely slided
200 grams cabbage, finely shredded
30 grams leek, finely shredded
100 grams fresh prawn
100 grams fresh squid, cut into rings
Okonumi sauce, mayannaise, seaweed powder, ready shaved dried fish for topping.

1. Put the flour in a medium bowl, add baking soda powder, eggs, stocked soup then
mix well. Add the cabbage, leek, bacons, prawns and squids together, gently stir.
2. Put a little oil in a pan, when oil is hot, pour 1 ladle of mixture in a pan, cook over
medium-high heat until underside is golden. Turn over and cook other side
(repeat process with remaining mixture.)
3. Place on serving plate top with mayonnaise, seaweed powder, Okonomi sauce
and dried fish before serve.
