Embarking Relish Nahm Prik Long Reua
INGREDIENTS
 

100 grams minced pork
2-3 tablespoons shrimp paste, finely(gapi), grilled
4-5 garlic
5-6 pieces bird's eye chillies
3-4 tablespoons lime juice
5 tablespoons fenely fish sauce
100 grams coconut-palm sugar
5 wholes apple eggplant, finely sliced
80 grams pea eggplant, crashed
100 grams ground dried shrimps


 
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. In the mortar, pound the grilled shrimp paste with garlic, then add the ground dried shrimp, apple eggplant, chillies, pea eggplants until finely.
2. Seasoning with lime juice, coconut-palm sugar and fish sauce. It should taste richly salth, sweet and sour with spicy
3. Stir frying with the minced pork in a pan over a medium heat until fragrant, ready to serve.
*For side-dish serve with sweet pork, crumble the crispy fish, slided pickled garlic and salted duck egg pieces. Eat with slices of cucumber and raw vegetables.
