Chocolate Korayaki
INGREDIENTS
 

180 grams Cake flour (Pad Bok)
50 grams corn flour
1 tablespoons baking soda powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 whole egg
60 grams sugar
1 cup fresh milk
60 grams unsalted butter, melted
For filling
35 grams coco powder
35 grams corn flour
100 grams sugar
300 grams fresh milk
50 grams butter
*For filling: Combine the coco powder, corn flour, sugar, fresh milk, mix well before add the butter.


 
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Sift the flour, baking soda powder and salt into a medium bowl, mix well, set aside
2. Beat the eggs with sugar combine the fresh milk, butter and the mixes flour, mix well, beat until the mixture is smooth.
3. Into the non-stick pan, add a little of buuter, then pour 2 spoonfuls of the batter one at a time, swirl to a circle, cook over medium heat for a minute.
4. Until underside is golden turn over , cook the other side add the filling, serve.
